It depends. We have provided our AV services to many outdoor events, from 5k’s to beach parties to grand openings and ribbon cuttings. We bring our own canopies to protect our equipment, but with the highly ‘uncertain’ and ‘unpredictable’ Tampa weather, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
